Digitally printed silk twill scarves are an excellent choice if they suit your design. Our printed scarves are available in a minimum of 50 pieces. Digital printing is the highest quality available. The clarity and definition that can be achieved with digital printing on silk has improved in recent years. Our colors are deep. Our sublimation goes the other way. Traditionally this look could only be achieved with screen printing.
If you require or desire a screen printed silk twill scarf, the minimum is 100 pieces. Each colour in your design is hand screened. You will have solid colours, unlike printed scarves where you can have shading and an unlimited number of colours.
We have samples available for you to view in our store and additional imagery will be available shortly.
Production will take approximately 12 weeks. We generally require two to three weeks to design a scarf and have revisions. It will take three weeks for your sample to approve production and then approximately five weeks for the actual production.

Please ensure that your design fits inside the chosen fabric's printing width. If it does, part of your artwork will be cropped off. Before printing, our printer will assist in determining the width of the designs. If there are any measurements that are not feasible, we will attempt to change them for you and notify you if any adjustments are made to your designs.And don't worry, if we have any questions about your order, we will get in touch with you.

The most normal way for the digital printing,the silk surface needs to be coated to accept the ink and absorb the colour, the design only been printed on the front side but the ink will permeate into the back of the fabric,therefore the backside colors will be slightly different with front side colors.
Suggestion for Thinner silk fabrics such as 12mm silk satin, 8mm habotai silk, 6mm chiffon, and 4.5mm foreign silk
Double-sided

Hemming Advice
How to add the seam allowance for hemming
One of the most important steps when you set up the printed silk scarf artwork is to remember to add extra seam allowance for the hemming process. This allows the design to remain intact during the final stages of lady silk scarf production. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to add an extra 2 cm for hemming(incl machine hemming ,hand stitching and hand fringe).
Pls dont worry if you may not understand well the meaning of seam allowance,We will help check whether all printing designs are suitable before production. If we find something unreasonable, we will help make adjustments and tell you which parts we have adjusted.
