Traditional single-sided printing involves printing the pattern on the front of the fabric, which is more cost-effective and suitable for thinner silk fabrics such as 12mm silk satin, 8mm power-loomed silk, 6mm chiffon, and 4.5mm foreign silk. Our new double-sided printing technology is a breakthrough, specifically addressing the color penetration issue in thicker scarves. This innovation ensures that both sides have the same vibrant and striking colors and patterns.
We now not only offer double-sided printing in the same color and pattern, but we can also provide double-sided printing with different colors and patterns, perfect for showcasing the exquisite charm of printed scarves. Additionally, our company is capable of providing double-sided printing on wool blended scarves.

State-of-the-art double-sided digital printing
for custom printed scarves
We utilize state-of-the-art double-sided digital printing machines that employ double-sided direct injection technology, enabling printing designs on both sides of the fabric. Currently, we utilize an 8-color machine with the widest color gamut available which can print over 1670 colors and is capable of matching 99% of original design colors. To ensure precise printing results, a constant temperature and humidity environment is maintained throughout the year in our workshop, with a temperature set at 26 degrees to stabilize color reproduction. Zhigeng Silk uses environmentally certified reactive ink for printing, which does not cause pollution or harm to the environment. With superior color fastness, the color will remain vibrant even after 4 or more washes.
Traditional digital printing

Regarding digital printing, we have 10 sets of high-speed single-sided digital printing machines with a daily output of over 5,000 meters. To ensure the quality of the printing, each machine is equipped with at least 2 professional workers. Our machines have 16-color nozzles, which allow for rich and accurate colors in 8-color printing, enabling the printing of over 1670 colors. The eco-friendly reactive inks used in our printing can penetrate up to 89% of the color into the back side of the fabric while printing on the front side. After decades of updates and accumulation, single-sided digital printing technology has become very mature. It offers a wide color gamut, higher printing precision, affordable prices, faster delivery cycles, and other advantages.

Print Proofing Inspection
Our printers carefully inspect every client's original artwork, ensuring that there are no blemishes such as small black dots or white lines in the design. They also verify that the size and borders are accurate and meet the corresponding roll edge requirements. Color Matching
Generally speaking, our machines can achieve a color-matching accuracy of more than 95%, This means that our printed colors are usually very close to the original design, except for some more sensitive colors, such as dark blue and yellow. However, if our customers provide us with specific color requirements based on Pantone numbers or physical samples, our printing team will make every effort to match the colors as closely as possible.
