2. Silk fabrics will deteriorate with prolonged exposure to sunshine, therefore avoid drying silk in direct sunlight.
3. Alcohol-containing substances will deteriorate silk textiles. Thus, before dressing, please allow hairspray and perfume to dry.
 

Hand-washing silk:

1. Hand wash silk with cold water and a light soap since it is a delicate and sensitive material.
2. Avoid using detergents that have brighteners and enzymes in them.
3. Always wash various colors in separate loads.
4. Avoid using a dryer for tumble drying.
