1) Is there a minimum order?

For Sampling: one meter or one yard

For Bulk: One roll(45-50 meters)

2) How long will it take or What's the turnaround time?

It depends on the project scope. The more information you can give us the more accurate our turnaround time is for you.

On average, the turnaround time for sampling orders is 5-7 working days from the time that we receive an accurate digital printing file. Accurate scheduling occurs after the project scope is reviewed.

On average, the turnaround time for bulk production is 7-12 working days from the time that you confirm the strike and we get a 30% deposit or full payment for bulk orders.

3) How do I submit my designs?

For artwork, please send them by WeTransfer or Dropbox and send me the links. We will download by ourselves. For physical samples, such as swatches or dresses, you may send them to our office after you check with us.

5) How wide are the fabrics?

The regular widths at us are 114cm(45") and 140cm (55").

If any other width is needed, please check with us by email.

6) How do you make sure the colors you print match the colors I want?

Please send us the Pantone reference codes or sample swatches if they are available. This will help to match the colors more exactly.
