A:The resolution would be better to be 300 DPI, the file format could be TIFF, JPG, PDF, PSD etc.For the big file, you can send us through wetransfer for free.
Q2:Which printing way do you have?
A:Digital Print , Screen print ,Solid color Dying , Silk Woven.
Q3:Shipping ways?
A:1) We can use worldwide express, like Fedex, TNT, DHL, UPS , it is fast way, normally 3-7 days from china to all the world around , it is suitable for small orders or urgent orders.

About the bulk production,the production time depends on your customized quantity requirements,our normal production time is about 2-3 weeks after you confirm the sample,you can rest assured that our main purpose is to pass the quality standard.

A:Yes,we have it.We can provide OEKO TEX,SGS,SEDEX,ect.About OEKO TEX,normally our silk eye masks and silk pillowcases have OEKO TEX certification.
For silk scarves, our customer did not asked before, only some customer may ask if we can do AZO FREE TEST or some color fastness test, if you need, we also can do the OEKO-TEK for you.
